How opportunities are offered
New Earth Capital offers each investment through its own documents. An application or call expresses interest and does not by itself establish investor eligibility or an allocation.
Loss-of-capital and illiquidity risks
Private investments in operating businesses and real estate can lose value, including the full amount invested. They can be illiquid for extended periods. Distributions, refinancing, sales and other liquidity events are possible mechanisms, not promises. Real estate carries development risk including approvals, construction cost and timing, demand and financing.
Differences between the two strategies and their vehicles
Wellness Growth and Regenerative Real Estate are separate strategies with separately funded, opportunity-specific vehicles. A committed fund may follow. An expression of interest in one strategy does not create exposure to the other, and a shared brand does not mean that every investor enters a single mixed portfolio.
This website, the application and formal offering documents
Nothing on this website is an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any security. Any investment opportunity will be described in its own offering documents, which will govern over anything written here. Figures, structures and examples on this site describe approach, not terms.
Public solicitation, preliminary application answers and investor verification are separate matters. Where an offering relies on an exemption that permits general solicitation, purchaser accreditation must be reasonably verified through the appropriate process; an application checkbox is not that verification.
Related-party relationships and forward-looking statements
GrowthMastery and New Earth Development are ecosystem organizations connected to the founders of New Earth Capital. Related-party service arrangements are governed by clear terms and conflict review, and investment decisions are reviewed independently of affiliated service revenue.
Statements about plans, intentions and expectations are forward-looking and may not occur.
Jurisdiction and eligibility
Eligibility to invest depends on the specific offering, investor circumstances and applicable law in the investor's jurisdiction. Each offering states the jurisdictions in which it is available.
