Investment focus

What we plan to invest in

What does New Earth Capital plan to invest in?

Founder-led health and wellness businesses and qualified regenerative real estate. Each opportunity is evaluated against its own commercial case, team, risks, and financing needs.

Is this one fund combining businesses and land?

New Earth Capital has two strategies. Opportunities are funded separately, with a committed wellness fund to follow. The vehicle and exposure will be explained in the documents for any available offering.

Can I choose my area of interest?

Yes. The application lets you select Wellness Growth, Regenerative Real Estate, or both. Your selection is an expression of interest and does not allocate capital.

Participation

Who can take part

Who can apply?

Prospective investors may apply to discuss their interests. Eligibility to invest depends on the specific offering, investor circumstances, and applicable requirements. Completing an application or booking a call does not establish eligibility.

What is the minimum investment?

Each offering states its own minimum and terms. The application asks for an indicative investment range so the conversation can be relevant.

How do I learn about current opportunities?

Apply and book your investor call. We walk through the two strategies and current availability on the call.

Process

What happens when you apply

What happens after I apply?

Your confirmation screen will present a link to book an investor call immediately. The conversation explores your goals, interests, and potential fit. Any subsequent opportunity review follows its own process.

Does applying commit me to invest?

No. Applying is an expression of interest. An investment requires a separate review and acceptance process and executed investment documents.

What if I am unsure about accredited investor status?

Choose "Not sure" in the application and raise the question on your call. The application does not verify your status; any required verification occurs later through the appropriate process.

Risk and liquidity

What you should understand

Are returns or liquidity guaranteed?

No. Private investments can lose value, including the full amount invested, and can be illiquid for extended periods. Any distributions, refinancing, or sale depend on the investment and circumstances.

Will I be required to invest in affiliated companies or use partner services?

Expressing interest creates no such obligation. The relevant investment documents and service agreements, if any, explain participation, costs, relationships, and conflicts.
