Information collected through the application and scheduling
The investor application collects your name, email, country and, where relevant, state or province, how you are considering investing, your strategy interests, an indicative investment range, timing, priorities, an optional note, your familiarity with private investments, a preliminary self-reported accredited-investor answer, a liquidity preference, an optional phone number and an optional referral source.
If you book an investor call, the scheduling provider receives only the contact details needed to create the appointment. Your investment answers are not forwarded to the scheduler.
We do not ask for income, exact net worth, bank details, date of birth, government identification, medical information or document uploads in this website application. Please do not include sensitive financial information in free-text fields.
How the information is used and who can access it
Application information is used to prepare for and hold an introductory conversation about fit, to communicate with you about your application, and, where you have opted in, to send occasional New Earth Capital updates.
Records are private by default and restricted to the investor-relations team and approved service providers who store or process data on our behalf. Applications are stored in a private, access-controlled data store.
Retention, security and deletion requests
Information is transmitted over encrypted connections, kept out of page addresses and analytics, and stored in a private system with restricted access.
To request access to, correction of or deletion of your information, raise it on your investor call or reply to any message from us.
Marketing choice, analytics and cookies
Receiving updates is optional and is never a condition of applying. Applying does not subscribe you to New Earth Development or GrowthMastery lists.
Analytics, where used, describe page and step activity only and never include your name, contact details or application answers.
