Kelly Krezek

CEO of New Earth Development. Twelve years in financial planning, real estate investing, project management and sustainable development, with nineteen development projects from $5M to $400M across Texas, California, Arizona, Florida, Mexico, Costa Rica and Nicaragua, including planned eco-smart cities, retreat centers and regenerative communities. Kelly has studied more than seventy eco-communities across seven countries and advised commercial real estate owners including Howard Hughes, GID, PGIM and Jamestown, with over $100 billion in assets under management, on environmental, social and governance practice. She leads the Regenerative Real Estate strategy: bringing land and development projects to investable readiness and assembling the designers, engineers and builders who deliver them.

A University of Georgia graduate named to Atlanta's 30 Under 30, Chelsae is an international speaker, facilitator and experience designer. She builds the investor community around New Earth Capital, cultivates strategic partnerships across the wellness and regenerative-living ecosystem, and shapes the resident and guest experience that gives our real estate projects their pull.

Julianna Scruggs

Market Intelligence & Property Strategy

Luxury real estate advisor and founder of the Scruggs Group in Austin, where she has lived since 2001, and a real estate investor who has built homes from the ground up and repositioned existing ones for the market. Julianna built custom tools that blend on- and off-market sales data for every Austin neighborhood, and she is deeply fluent in construction, design and city code. A University of Texas BFA in Design with highest honors and an award-winning product career preceded real estate. She brings market intelligence, site selection and property strategy to New Earth Capital's real estate investments.
